Terms of Service

1. The service

MyWedSite provides a hosted wedding website platform. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or over to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• One account per couple/wedding. You may not resell or transfer accounts.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed annually and auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• The Beloved plan includes a 7-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends.
• You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Refunds are at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or to store illegal content.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to compromise the security or performance of the platform.
• Use the service to send unsolicited communications.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and serve it as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload, including photos and text.

6. Guest data

When your guests submit RSVPs or upload photos, you are the data controller for that information. You are responsible for informing your guests how their data will be used and for having a lawful basis for collecting it. We process guest data only on your behalf as a data processor.

7. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if required by law. You may close your account at any time. On termination, your data will be retained for up to 90 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier erasure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyWedSite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
